I'm very particular about concealers, as most of them tends to crease causing me to look like more haggard and older (if you know what I mean. My previous concealer was that of MAC, NC25 shade if I am not mistaken, it has a very good coverage but the problem is it creates a crease under the eye that looks very not nice. I happened to pass by the Beauty Bar and was looking for a concealer because I will have to do my own make up on a family member's wedding. So I tried K-Palette Okuma Concealer Type/2, the coverage was very light and non greasy, I did one layer of the concealer down under my eyes in an inverted triangle shape instead of a half moon (see other blogs on what is the right way to apply a concealer) using |
only my ring finger (it has the lightest pressure, or you can use a concealer brush; remember that the skin around the eye is the most sensitive one so we don't wanna put pressure there to avoid the formation of wrinkles).
I took the risk of buying the product without knowing how it will work for me after hours of wearing it, considering that I have an acidic skin (which means that any product applied on my skin, specially on the face, will get darker as I sweat, so the remedy for that is to apply products which are one shade lighter than our skin tone).

| So here is a picture of me having placed only one layer of the concealer because I want my face to look very natural and not overly done. Forgive me if I do not want to show my full face, well, I am not really pretty enough LOL. But at least we are showing you the results of the product. On your left side of the photo was when I applied the concealer, on your right side of the photo is my bare skin (referring to my under eyes). |
| I think it makes a huge difference as it lightened my dark circle down my right eye, so I was thinking what more if I applied a second layer? would it be cakey or a lot better? Please tell me if you happen to try it first before I do so we can add another detail of the review here and readers will be fed up with useful information. But for now, I am contented with the price of the product in relation to its quality. It is a must-try fellas. This one was a little bit more than Php700. |
